Camp Co-ordinator
Require a person to help organize the camp next year and be able to take on all the responsibilities for future camps. Please contact Eric Neumann
Referee Scheduler & Club Secretary
We are looking for someone to coordinate & schedule the referees for games as well as attend Executive meetings to act as secretary. Please contact Eric Neumann
Coaches
Anyone interested in a coach or assistant coach position should contact Eric Neumann . Please advise the age group (U8-U18) you are interested in coaching. BMSC will cover OSA coaching courses if anyone is interested in taking one.
TimBits Head Coach – BMSC requires 2 people to head up the lead coaching duties for this group. Duties include setting up/taking down the skill stations, gathering all the TimBits together for a warm-up and sending them to their starting skill station and blowing the whistle to rotate all teams through the stations. Anyone interested in this should contact Eric Neumann
Sponsor Committee
- Recruit sponsors for the soccer teams, events and other areas where sponsors are required
- Secure sponsor logos where needed
- Follow for all payments and outstanding amounts
- Must follow the Sponsor program as posted
- Requires updating the website’s sponsor page
- Keeping a log/binder of all sponsors, their contributions, contract etc.
- Keep all of the executive updated with correspondences with sponsors
- Present a report at meetings
Fundraising Committee
- Organize fundraising events when required
- Secure licences as needed
- Come up with fundraising ideas
- Recruit volunteers to help with fundraising events
- Look after promoting fundraising events ie flyers, posters, website notices etc
- Collect and submit all funds to the Treasurer
- Keep a file/binder on all fundraising events detailing all aspects of each event
- Keep all of the executive updated with correspondences with sponsors
- Present a report at meetings
